Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design detailed plans and blueprints for civil engineering projects.
• Oversee and direct construction operations and maintenance activities.
• Conduct technical assessments to determine project feasibility and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Analyze survey reports and data to plan projects accordingly.
• Consult with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding project details and progress.
• Manage project budgets, resources allocation, and timelines effectively.
• Review technical documentation and make necessary project adjustments.
• Resolve design and development problems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical advice and support to various engineering teams.
• Participate in field inspections to ensure construction meets quality standards.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports for management review and approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of experience in civil or structural engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or in pursuit of licensing.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and project management.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills suitable for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
