Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress closely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
• Provide technical advice and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties on site.
• Ensure all project timelines are adhered to and deliverables are executed timely.
• Prepare and present reports on project status and technical assessments when required.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Assess potential risks and come up with proactive mitigation strategies for projects.
• Foster a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Review and approve drawings and material requirements for construction projects.
• Utilize computer-aided design software for project development and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and offer guidance to develop their technical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience working as a Civil Engineer or Site Engineer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other civil engineering software applications.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations in the industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address onsite challenges.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and engineering projects under tight deadlines.
