About the Role:

MAAL Contracting LLC, a reputed villa construction company in Dubai, is hiring Civil Site Engineers with hands-on experience in UAE residential projects. This role involves on-site supervision and day-to-day coordination to ensure high-quality execution of villa works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day activities at villa construction sites

* Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and project supervisors

* Execute work as per drawings, specifications, and timelines

* Conduct inspections and ensure quality and safety standards

* Maintain daily progress reports, material usage records, and checklists

* Communicate effectively with project managers and consultants

* Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and site regulations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 2-6 years of UAE experience in villa or residential construction Strong site execution knowledge and problem-solving skills

* Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)

* Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic documentation

* Familiarity with Dubai Municipality rules and UAE standards
