Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality execution, and manage construction activities for villa and low-rise building projects (G+1). The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and familiarity with UAE construction regulations.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site workers for smooth project execution
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines

🔹 Quality Control

• Ensure all construction work complies with project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve any technical issues on-site
• Maintain quality records and documentation

🔹 Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project managers
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

🔹 Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and safety regulations
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of PPE on-site

🔹 Authority Coordination

• Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other authorities for approvals and inspections
• Ensure compliance with all local building regulations and codes

🔹 Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Track material usage and site requirements
• Report any delays, risks, or issues to management

Requirements

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

📌 Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in construction
• Experience in villa / residential / G+1 projects is mandatory

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and approvals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic level preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

🤝 Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Experience working with contracting firms in Dubai
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
