We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure such as roads, railways, airports, bridges, harbors, dams, irrigation projects, power plants, and water and sewerage systems. As a Civil Engineer, you will be crucial in ensuring our projects are designed and executed efficiently, safely, and sustainably, meeting client specifications and government regulations. You will work closely with architects, surveyors, and other engineers, applying your expertise to deliver successful projects from conception through to completion. Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to determine technical feasibility and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs using advanced computer software and tools.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss and address project needs and requirements.
• Develop cost estimates and project timelines to assist in project planning and budgeting.
• Supervise construction teams to ensure timely and safe project execution.
• Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project documentation for clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to project challenges and constraints.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction activities and quality of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
