Civil Engineer 25N25

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects and systems in both the public and private sectors, including roads, buildings, airports, tunnels, dams, bridges, and water supply and sewage systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. As a Civil Engineer at our company, you will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver functional, sustainable, and cost-effective engineering solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and supervise all stages of civil engineering projects.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and data to plan infrastructure projects.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders to determine project specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage construction activities, resources, and equipment efficiently.
• Conduct soil testing to assess the suitability for construction
• Investigate project sites for environmental risks and challenges.
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation strategies for projects.
• Review, approve, and amend engineering designs and feasibility reports.
• Coordinate project activities with other engineers and professionals.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a year.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects management.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and project management.
• Proficiency with engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to manage complex projects.
