The Sales & Marketing Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening our market presence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in sales and marketing management roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and online marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
