We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our dedicated engineering team. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the conception, design, and implementation of various infrastructure projects, ranging from roads and bridges to water supply systems and commercial developments. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that meet client needs and adhere to regulatory standards. Your expertise in planning, design, and project management will be pivotal in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, designs, and blueprints for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress and quality control.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to prepare project layouts and models.
• Analyze survey reports and data to assess project feasibility and requirements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Identify and resolve design and construction issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in civil engineering technology.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and external partners.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in civil engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects.
