We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our engineering team. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings and plans for various civil engineering projects.
• Review and adjust drawings based on feedback from engineers and clients.
• Ensure all drawings comply with legal and safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to gather project specifications.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of updated plans and technical documentation.
• Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create precise project renderings.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project requirements.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and project schedules based on draft details.
• Coordinate with external vendors for material specifications and orders.
• Prepare design layouts and conceptual drawings for presentation to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies and design trends.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control on all drafted deliverables throughout projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of a diploma or associate's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience working as a Civil Draftsman in engineering or construction.
• Proficiency with CAD software, AutoCAD, and other relevant technical tools.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and project specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce work of high precision.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects effectively.
