As a Citizen Experience Representative (CER), you’ll play a key role in fostering a welcoming and engaging connection between the City of Beaumont, our citizens and visitors.
Working closely with the Citizen Experience Lead, you’ll be an integral part of our Service Experience Office Team. Youll help ensure every citizen interaction - whether through live chat, email, phone, or other channels - is seamless, meaningful, and leaves a lasting positive impression.
