Chief Product Officer Fashion Brand

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we partnered with a Fashion Brand and we are helping them to find a CPO for their new headquarters in Dubai. Its goal is to become more agile and competitive by reducing time to market, shortening collection cycles, developing new products, and launching new brands to compete with players like Inditex.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Job Description:

• Lead the global product strategy of the company
• Build and structure the entire product organization
• Adapt product strategy by country and market
• Manage international, cross-functional teams
• Define and execute the brand’s new positioning
• Optimize processes to accelerate product development and launch timelines
• Oversee large-scale P&L management (:€1 billion)
  
  
  

Requisitos:

• Proven experience as a CPO or in senior product leadership roles
• Strong merchandising background (not a creative profile)
• Experience managing large P&Ls (:€1Bn)
• Strategic and hands-on “builder” mindset
• Experience at Inditex (current or former) is highly preferred
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Additional languages are a plus: Spanish, French, Russian
