About the Role

We are building luxury hotels across Africa while scaling global travel brands that serve travelers around the world.

To support this growth, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & CEO and help drive execution across the organization. Working closely with the CEO, you will help translate vision into action by supporting the development of new hotel projects, strengthening operational performance, and ensuring the organization moves forward with clarity, alignment, and accountability.

This is a high-impact operational leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to implement growth initiatives across the hospitality and travel businesses
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress across major projects including hotel development, travel operations, and expansion initiatives
• Coordinate managers and operational teams across the group
• Ensure departments remain aligned with company goals and growth targets
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to processes and systems
• Support execution of hospitality development initiatives including new hotel projects
• Help coordinate operational launch plans for new travel products, services, and destinations
• Ensure expansion initiatives are properly structured and executed
• Run leadership check-ins and ensure follow-up on key priorities and action items
• Monitor performance against goals, KPIs, and operational targets
• Ensure teams maintain strong accountability and execution standards

Ideal Candidate

• Strong operational leadership experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or luxury service businesses
• Experience in operations, general management, consulting, or chief of staff roles in growing companies
• Highly organized with exceptional ability to drive execution
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Strong communicator able to coordinate across teams and leadership
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and accountable

This is a remote role with preference for candidates based in the UAE
