Job Description
- Act as a trusted adviser on strategic priorities, opportunities and risks
- Drive progress against executive objectives and key initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with senior government and external stakeholders
- Support board, governance and executive leadership activities
- Lead high-profile cross-functional projects and special initiatives
- Represent senior leadership in selected external engagements
- Help establish the operating cadence, processes and effectiveness of the Executive Office
- UAE National with family book
- Experience within Executive Affairs, Strategy, Government Affairs, Special Projects or a comparable environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, judgement and stakeholder management capability
- Experience supporting executive decision-making in a complex organisation
- Arabic and English language skills essential
