Job Description
必须具备
12年以上市场、增长、商业化或用户运营经验；
5年以上金融科技、数字资产、数字银行、支付、券商或投资平台经验；
担任过CMO、CGO、VP Growth、Head of Growth或同等级别岗位；
亲自负责过新产品或新国家市场从0到1；
对注册、KYC、首次入金、净入金、留存和收入承担过明确责任；
具有千万美元级年度市场预算管理经验；
管理过Performance、CRM、Brand、Content和Partnership团队；
具备多国家、多语言市场管理经验；
熟悉金融产品用户漏斗、渠道归因和单位经济模型；
能够使用英语作为主要工作语言；
具备管理层及董事会级别的沟通能力。
优先考虑
曾在头部数字银行、金融科技、数字资产、支付或投资平台工作；
曾将金融平台从10万用户增长到100万以上；
曾推动数亿美元以上用户资产或净入金增长；
具有中东、欧洲、东南亚或拉美市场经验；
熟悉全球账户、卡、支付、稳定币、交易或财富管理产品；
建立过Affiliate、Referral、KOL和社区增长体系；
具有App增长、CRM和产品增长经验；
熟悉VARA、MiCA、FCA、MAS或其他金融监管环境；
处理过重大品牌、运营或安全事件后的用户沟通与信任修复；
能够在早期公司亲自下场，而不只是管理团队和代理商。
