Job Description
- Lead and manage the full end to end finance function.
- Strategic finance leadership.
- Oversee a large finance team across multiple regions.
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial health.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including audits and reporting requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and drive business growth.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and funding strategies to support organisational objectives.
- Lead change management across the function.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
A successful Deputy CFO should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA, ACCA, or CPA.
- Proven expertise as a CFO.
- Experience managing a large team.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
- MUST HAVE manufacturing experience.
There is a competitive package of between 70,000 AED - 80,000 AED monthly + Benefits with flexibility depending on experience.
