Job Description

Develop and execute the organizations financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Chief Financial Officer Should Have

A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
10-15 years of proven expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and forecasting.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory requirements.
Experience in leading and managing finance teams effectively.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
