Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – [Region / Division]

Reports To: CEO/ Board

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced CFO to lead our financial operations, capital strategy, and risk management. This role is ideal for a senior finance executive with a proven record in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier strategy consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership over financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
• Drive corporate valuations, M&A strategy, and investment decisions.
• Lead risk management, including commodity and currency price hedging.
• Develop and maintain strong banking relationships; oversee credit, funding, and capital-raising initiatives.
• Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and reporting.
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial strategy and business growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to deliver operational excellence.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+yrs of UAE experience
• CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership experience in a multinational company.
• Strong background in corporate banking, investment banking (M&A), private equity, or senior strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent).
• Deep expertise in budgeting, corporate valuation, risk management, corporate finance, and fund-raising.
• Experience in energy or agri-commodities trading is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Exceptional ability to manage banking relationships, credit, and capital-raising.
• Excellent command of English; fluency in other languages (Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Arabic) is a plus.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities; board-facing experience preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Professional qualifications (CFA, CPA, ACA) are highly desirable.
