Chief Financial Officer CFO

This Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role leads the Bank’s Finance Division, overseeing financial strategy and day-to-day finance/accounting operations while managing interest rate and regulatory risk. The CFO directs budgeting and variance reporting, ensures accurate financial statements and regulatory reporting (including Call Reports and Federal Reserve filings), and produces key internal analyses and management reports. The position also manages the investment portfolio, helps develop financial policies and procedures, participates in Board/Committee meetings, and drives annual divisional goals. In addition, the CFO supervises finance staff, supports hiring/training/performance management, ensures compliance with bank laws and internal controls, and represents the Bank positively in the community.
