Our client is a fast-growing hospitality and F&B group with a diversified portfolio of restaurant concepts and lifestyle venues across the UAE. The group is backed by strong investors and is entering a disciplined scale-up phase.
The Role
The Chief Executive Officer will lead the groups overall strategy, performance, and expansion agenda across existing and new concepts. This role will have full P&L responsibility and oversight of operations, finance, brand, and growth. A key focus will be standardising operations, strengthening leadership depth, and ensuring profitability across the portfolio. The CEO will work closely with shareholders on expansion strategy, franchising, and regional growth. The role will also act as the public face of the group with partners, landlords, and regulators.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior executive experience within hospitality, F&B, or multi-brand consumer environments. Strong exposure to scaling restaurant or lifestyle concepts is essential. Experience operating in the UAE market is highly preferred. The ideal candidate combines commercial discipline with brand sensitivity and people leadership. Board and investor-facing experience is a strong advantage.
