Industry: EPC | Oil & Gas | Petrochemical | Refinery | LNG

Job Purpose

Lead estimation and tendering activities for major EPC projects, manage bid preparation, pricing strategy, risk assessment and multidisciplinary estimation teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complete tendering and estimation process
Review ITTs, FEED packages, drawings and specifications
Develop BOQs, MTOs, cost estimates and bid strategies
Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction inputs
Review vendor and subcontractor quotations
Lead risk reviews, value engineering and management presentations
Mentor and manage estimation engineers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
15+ years EPC estimation experience
GCC Oil & Gas experience preferred
Experience handling EPC tenders above USD 100M
Strong commercial and leadership skills
