Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Operations for seamless process integration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
• Ensure all process engineering activities are carried out in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Utilize data analytics and modeling tools to understand and predict process performance issues.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvements and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Participate actively in the development of new products and technologies to meet market demands.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to optimize resource use and reduce operational costs.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for newly established processes.
• Monitor and control process performance parameters to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Empower team members through training and skill development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities are essential for this role.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
