What youll be doing

• Own your section and deliver exceptional dishes with confidence

• Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Ensure every plate leaves the pass looking its best

• Maintain top food safety and hygiene standards

• Help control food costs, stock rotation, and kitchen efficiency

• Step up and lead when needed

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel

• Culinary Diploma or Culinary Degree

• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification

• Passion for quality, detail, and teamwork

• Good spoken English

• A positive attitude and a drive to grow
