What You Will Be Working On

In this role, you will be responsible for food production at our Sydney venue/s. Your duties will include:

• Managing a high volume of food production while keeping with Cliftons quality standards.
• Overseeing and monitoring food deliveries, stock, costs, and equipment
• Guiding casual kitchen staff.
• Providing exemplary customer service to our clients and delegates.

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking. You should be innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key requirements include:
