Role Overview
The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistent execution, organisation, and hygiene. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery and section control.
Key Responsibilities
Run assigned section during prep and service.
Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards.
Supervise Commis within the section.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
Support service flow and quality control.
KPIs & Success Metrics
Section readiness and consistency
Food quality and presentation
Hygiene and cleanliness
Candidate Requirements
3+ years’ experience in professional kitchens.
Strong section knowledge and discipline.
