Role Overview

The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistent execution, organisation, and hygiene. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery and section control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run assigned section during prep and service.
  • Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Supervise Commis within the section.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
  • Support service flow and quality control.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Section readiness and consistency
  • Food quality and presentation
  • Hygiene and cleanliness

Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in professional kitchens.
  • Strong section knowledge and discipline.
