Job Description

Summary-

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie specializing in Oriental cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with our recipes and standards.

Job Responsibilities-

• Prepare and cook Oriental dishes according to set recipes and standards
• Assist in developing new menu items and specials
• Ensure that the kitchen station is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
  
  

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in Oriental cuisine
• In-depth knowledge of Oriental cooking techniques and ingredients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus

• Ability to create and execute authentic oriental recipes

• Proficiency in oriental culinary techniques and cuisines
