About Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is an exclusive beachside resort located in the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Partie to join Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu standards and chef instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen section, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage mise-en-place and support smooth kitchen operations by delegating tasks and assisting during service.
  • Contribute to menu development and staff training, ensuring creativity, consistency, and skill growth within the team.
  • Optimize kitchen resources, report maintenance issues promptly, and uphold all operational and sustainability procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a progressively more complex and responsible roles ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School preferred.
  • Expert culinary knowledge of classical and international trends, food quality, presentation, and hygiene, health and safety standards.
  • Reliable team player with speed, accuracy, attention to detail, honesty, and high energy.
