About The Role

As a Chef de Partie— Bakery, you will prepare daily breads and pastries that enhance guest dining experiences. You support quality and timing during busy service, working with pastry and hot kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present bakery items to high standards
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen
• Keep HACCP records accurate to meet food safety and audit standards
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools
  
  

About You

• Maintains precision and pace during peak service to deliver consistent quality and reduce waste.
• Coaches junior bakers with clear instructions to build skill and ensure safe, efficient workflow.
• Prepares and bakes breads and pastries to standard to meet quality and timing requirements.
• Maintains food-safety records and temperature logs to meet compliance and audit standards.
• Stays calm and organised under pressure to keep production smooth during peak hours.
• Takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency, ensuring every item meets brand standards.
• 1–2 years in bakery or pastry production in a hotel or professional kitchen.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.
