About the Role

We’re hiring a Charter Sales Executive to manage and close high-value private jet charter deals.

This is a relationship-driven, high-ticket sales role — not transactional sales.

You will:

  • Handle inbound charter inquiries
  • Build relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Create tailored flight solutions
  • Close deals while delivering a white-glove experience

What You’ll Own

High-Ticket Sales & Deal Conversion

  • Manage inbound charter inquiries
  • Convert qualified leads into closed deals
  • Recommend tailored flight solutions based on client needs
  • Maximize revenue while maintaining premium service standards

Client Relationship Management (White-Glove Experience)

  • Build long-term relationships with high-value clients
  • Deliver a seamless experience from inquiry to booking to post-flight
  • Drive repeat business through exceptional service

End-to-End Client Experience

Guide clients through:

  • Aircraft selection
  • Pricing
  • Logistics

You’ll provide proactive updates, clear communication, and ensure a luxury-level experience at every touchpoint.

Communication & Coordination

Communicate across:

  • Slack
  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Phone

You’ll also coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and support rotating schedules for client coverage.

CRM & Sales Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Track pipeline, deals, and client interactions
  • Ensure clean, structured, and up-to-date data

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • High-ticket or client-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable with on-call and rotating availability
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Nice to Have

Experience in:

  • Private aviation
  • Luxury services
  • Travel or hospitality

Familiarity with:

  • Avinode

Knowledge of:

  • Private jet types and specifications
  • Part 135 operations
  • Cryptocurrency transactions

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Respond to inbound charter inquiries
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Recommend tailored flight options
  • Close deals and confirm bookings
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams
  • Update CRM and track pipeline
