Job Description

The Charter Sales Executive is a pivotal role within our aviation company, responsible for handling and maximizing charter sales and maintaining strong client relationships. This position involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning, customer interaction, and sales negotiation, aiming to boost revenue growth while securing new charter clients. The Charter Sales Executive will spearhead efforts to market our charter services, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure unparalleled service delivery standards for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for charter sales growth.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to increase customer engagement.
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts regularly for management review.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fruitful outcomes.
  • Organize and attend industry events to represent the company and expand the network.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide targeted and effective sales strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a strong, skills-oriented sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in charter sales or related aviation sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry and charter operations.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet company sales objectives.
  • Willingness to travel for business opportunities and industry events as needed.
