We are looking for The Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gulf team in Dubai. The Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the growth, performance, and transformation of the Panel Builder and Design Firm partner ecosystem across the Gulf. The role focuses on designing and executing channel marketing strategies, partner programs, and go‑to‑market initiatives that strengthen partner capability, accelerate demand generation, and increase share of wallet.

Acting as the bridge between global programs, regional strategy, and local execution, this role ensures a consistent, value‑driven, and high‑impact partner marketing experience aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner & Channel Marketing Strategy:

  • Define and execute the channel marketing strategy for Panel Builders and Design Firms across the Gulf, aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Structure and deploy partner program frameworks, including segmentation, tiering, value propositions, business requirements, and competency models for both partner types.
  • Deploy and govern EcoXpert partner programs in line with global and regional guidelines.
  • Develop mid‑term (3‑year) channel growth and saturation action plans covering recruitment, development, and retention of panel builders and design firms.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt best‑in‑class partner program guidelines, tools, and platforms.
  • Ensure alignment with AMSP priorities

Go‑to‑Market & Campaign Execution:

  • Design and execute integrated channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, launches) targeting panel builders and design firms.
  • Support Hero Offer launches and transversal initiatives in collaboration with product, sales, and global marketing teams.
  • Develop partner ready marketing toolkits that translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions for both execution and specification audiences.
  • Ensure strong alignment between offering strategy, sales execution, and partner GTM activities.

Partner Enablement & Capability Building:

  • Ensure execution and completion of training, certifications, and specializations across both partner ecosystems.
  • Support cross‑selling and upselling initiatives to grow solution adoption and portfolio penetration.
  • Contribute to building a best‑in‑class digital partner journey across platforms and touchpoints.

Performance Tracking & Governance:

  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting through CRM and partner platforms (e.g., EDCM, partner portals).
  • Track execution of marketing action plans and alignment with sales performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement based on insights, partner feedback, and market intelligence.

Cross‑Functional & Regional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Global Marketing teams to ensure a consistent partner experience.
  • Ensure consistency of partner experience across Gulf countries.
  • Share best practices, success stories, and learnings across markets and partner segments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner programs, or B2B marketing
  • Strong exposure to panel builders, design firms, system integrators, electrical environments
  • Proven experience working with indirect sales and partner ecosystems
