For this role we offer a starting remuneration package of $146,000.00 plus superannuation and a performance bonus eligibility of up to 15%.

The Opportunity
This is a pivotal Change Partner role supporting the delivery of ElectraNet’s technology roadmap and South Australia’s clean energy future. You’ll work across major technology and process initiatives, guiding the business through change that delivers lasting impact, while partnering closely with leaders and project teams to ensure readiness, adoption and lasting value in a complex, enterprise environment.
- Lead end‑to‑end change management across enterprise technology and digital initiatives.
- Partner with leaders and project teams to embed change and build business readiness.
- Design and deliver change strategies, communications and learning interventions.
- Contribute to building consistent, high‑quality change practices across the organisation.
About You
You are an experienced change professional with a strong track record supporting technology driven change in complex organisational environments. You bring a practical, business focused approach to change management, enabling successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working while partnering closely with leaders and project teams to deliver lasting outcomes.
- Extensive experience applying recognised change management methodologies within technology and digital projects.
- Proven capability delivering end‑to‑end change activities including impact analysis, communications, training and readiness.
- Strong ability to engage, influence and support stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
- The confidence to translate complex technical change into clear, practical outcomes for the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a discipline related role.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
Desirable
- Electricity Industry background an advantage.
