Change Manager - Technical Governance

<div>Role Purpose:<br><br><br>Primarily offshore but open to travel or may need to travel initial month or so to understand landscape and stakeholders<br>Need a good candidate with strong technical, erp and change management experience<br><br>Change Manager – Technical Governance is the accountable authority for governing technical change across enterprise application environments. This role ensures all changes are architecturally sound, risk-managed, standardized, and aligned to enterprise technology, security, and compliance standards.<br><br>Accountability &amp; Authority<br><br>Acts as the final governance authority for high-risk and complex techno-functional changes<br><br>Enforces enterprise change standards and governance controls across all ERP programs<br><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Govern end-to-end techno-functional change across enterprise application platforms (ex: Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, Informatica, Unifier etc)<br><br>Review, challenge, and approve technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation plans<br><br>Chair executive-level Change Advisory Boards (CAB) with focus on technical risk, governance, impact, and resilience<br><br>Drive enterprise-wide standardization of change processes across large, complex organizations application landscape<br><br>Ensure compliance with architecture, security, audit, regulatory, and operational requirements<br><br>Oversee complex change landscapes involving multiple vendors, systems, and delivery models<br><br>Define and track governance KPIs, risk indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives<br><br><br>Experience &amp; Capability<br><br>Senior experience leading techno-functional change governance in large, complex enterprises<br><br>Proven background managing ERP techno-functional change at scale<br><br>Strong understanding of ERP architectures, integrations, infrastructure, and release management<br><br>Demonstrated success establishing standardized, repeatable enterprise change frameworks<br><br>Deep expertise in ITSM / ITIL and enterprise governance models<br><br>Executive-level stakeholder influence and decision-making capability<br><br><br>Desirable<br><br>ERP and integrated systems exposure is a great advantage<br><br>Experience in highly regulated or global operating environments<br><br>Need a good candidate with strong technical, erp and change management experience<br><br>Primarily offshore but open to travel or may need to travel initial month or so to understand landscape and stakeholders<br> </div>
