PepsiCo, Inc. (PepsiCo) is undertaking a strategic transformation of its Content Supply Chain, representing the end-to-end process of creating, managing and delivering content from initial conception to final consumption. The Content Supply Chain is meant to orchestrate the flow of information, creative assets, and digital materials through various stages of production and distribution. PepsiCo is aiming to modernize how content is created, managed, and activated across enterprises, looking to achieve the best balance between technology and operating models. The role will perform all change management (CM) responsibilities for this transformation, including end-to-end CM strategic development, execution and sustainment.
Responsibilities
Leverages established CM methodologies/tools to develop and execute the strategic plan supporting implementation, execution and adoption of the Content Supply Chain – MRM/DAM global deployment agenda
Leads the Change Management function on the project including setting change strategy and managing project change resources to drive process adoption across multiple employee groups
Manages all change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network and value realization
Oversees the communication strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop communications materials
Oversees the training strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop training materials
Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
Develops a strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams
Successfully translates theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manages / ensures the successful end-to-end delivery
Ensures change management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post implementation continuous improvement is embedded
Drives, monitors and manages change workstream delivery – ensuring key milestones are met on time and on budget
Works with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams
Manages change related interdependencies across workstreams within the project, provides and manages inputs and updates to integrated project plan
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably MS in HR, I&LR, Org Development and Leadership or other related Field
Minimum of 3- 5 years of HR/OMD industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation
Prior consulting service or significant project management experience in large scale global organizations is essential
Experience in broad transformational implementations or managing complex projects including global coordination
Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation
Ability to influence global, cross functional teams and achieve alignment
Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management\Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
Able to effectively work in a highly-matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots
Differentiating behaviors, leadership skills or soft skills required for success in the role:
Global project management expertise – needed to support the types of projects and providing the expertise needed to support PEP projects with minimal guidance
Change Management expertise – has the experience needed to provide thought leadership on CM, supporting new tools, frameworks, ways of working/thinking. Role models best practices and coaches other HR and business partners in applying change management methodologies and tools on projects/initiatives. Provides SME support to further develop capabilities in change management globally.
General Consulting Skills – able to work independently and with others to identify issues and develop resolution strategies.
