As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Chapel View, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend.

Shifts Available:

Days 6:30am to 2:30pm (Full-Time)

Evenings 2:00pm to 10:30pm (Part-Time)

Wage Range: $22.50 - $27.43 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN
• Document services performed on computerized charting system
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as needed
  
  

Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
