About our client

Our client is a well-established mission-driven organisation operating across the Gulf region. The organisation works closely with the private sector to deliver impact-led programmes that contribute to sustainable and inclusive growth across the GCC.

The organisation is seeking a commercially minded and relationship-oriented leader who can strengthen partnerships, expand funding channels, and enhance its regional profile.

What the job involves

• Lead the overall strategy and direction of the organisation
• Oversee operations, financial sustainability, and organisational performance
• Build and deepen relationships with corporate, philanthropic, and institutional stakeholders across the GCC
• Drive fundraising and partnership development initiatives
• Represent the organisation externally across senior business and government networks
• Work closely with the Board on governance, strategic priorities, and long-term planning
• Lead and develop a capable team through a period of growth and expansion
  
  

• Candidates with prior experience as CEO, Executive Director, or equivalent senior leadership role in a comparable mission-driven / non-profit organisation are preferred
• Strong track record of building partnerships and securing funding from corporate and institutional sources
• Substantial experience working across the Gulf region and an established GCC network
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
• Experience working with and reporting to a Board
• Entrepreneurial and action-oriented leadership style with the gravitas to operate effectively at senior levels across the region
• Willingness to be based in the Gulf region with travel across the GCC
