Job Description
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual activity in real time
- Conduct routine checks and ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activity logs
- Support the security team in investigations by retrieving relevant footage
- Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are upheld at all times
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and incidents
- Previous experience in a similar CCTV/Security role, preferably in hospitality
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and control room operations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused for extended periods
- Good communication skills and professional conduct
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid SIRA license or equivalent certification
