CCTV Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and testing and Commissioning of CCTV cameras, Switches, NVRs, Servers, Work station and other related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in CCTV cameras, NVRs, Servers, Work station and other related equipment and resolve issues promptly.
• Upgrade and replace hardware and software components as necessary.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on CCTV system operation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and generate service reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during installations and repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest CCTV technology and industry best practices.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the particular field
• Read and understand the architectural drawing
• Experience with IP-based CCTV systems and video management software.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
