The Role

Step into a world of exciting challenges and rewarding experiences as you manage some of the most prestigious brands in the spirits industry. This role is not just about managing; it’s about transforming and leading the market through strategic insight and innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive category plans and channel brand strategies
• Manage commercial negotiations, budgets, pricing, and P&L across channels
• Provide monthly financial and brand performance reports to stakeholders
• Implement marketing plans effectively and evaluate their impact
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers and external agencies for promotions and consumer engagement activities

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in category or customer channel marketing, preferably in the beverage industry
• Demonstrated experience in omnichannel marketing, plan development, and execution
• Strong skills in sales presentation, negotiation, and relationship management
• Proficient in data analysis and market research to derive consumer and commercial insights

Desirable Skills and Experience

• International market exposure
• Experience in team management and development
