Develop and execute the country strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
Lead, motivate, and develop the local team, fostering a high-performance culture
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends
Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance for the Kuwait operations
Ensure operational excellence, compliance with local regulations, and company policies
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and government authorities
Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align on strategic priorities
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to inform decision-making
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
8–12+ years of experience, including leadership roles in a similar market
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing full business operations
Strong understanding of the Kuwait market and regulatory environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with strong commercial and financial acumen
