What You´ll Do

• Develop and execute the country strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
• Lead, motivate, and develop the local team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance for the Kuwait operations
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance with local regulations, and company policies
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and government authorities
• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align on strategic priorities
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to inform decision-making
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 8–12+ years of experience, including leadership roles in a similar market
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing full business operations
• Strong understanding of the Kuwait market and regulatory environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
