Join Us as a Catalogue Product Manager at Ounass:

At Ounass, we’re looking for a Catalogue Product Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end product discovery and selection journey, delivering a premium luxury e-commerce experience. You will own a core product vertical, define its roadmap and OKRs, and align the business around a clear product vision.

This role covers two main domains:

Discovery: home & navigation, search UX and ranking, PLP, category pages, shop-in-shop landing pages.

Selection: PDP, size guides, stock information, personalization features.

With a customer-first and data-driven mindset, you’ll collaborate across teams to build localized, high-impact experiences across multiple markets.

The role is BASED IN DUBAI - role is onsite hybrid. Remote working is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap

Own and execute the catalog product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals across categories. Identify opportunities to improve product data accuracy, enrichment, imagery, personalization, and content quality to boost engagement and conversion.

Analytics & Performance

Define KPIs to measure catalog performance and data quality. Use analytics, user research, and competitive insights to spot trends and improvement areas. Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize discovery, conversion, and retention.

Customer Experience

Collaborate with UX/UI to create intuitive, localized catalog experiences. Ensure customers have clear, accurate, and complete product information to support confident purchase decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, design, data, content, marketing, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver high-impact solutions. Partner with catalog operations and data teams to maintain high-quality product data.

Subject Matter Expertise

Act as the catalog and product data SME, advising on best practices and influencing key decisions. Stay ahead of market trends and emerging tech in catalog and e-commerce optimization.

Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders. Translate technical information into actionable insights for non-technical teams and ensure strong cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2-3+ years) in product management with a focus on catalog management, e-commerce platforms, or data optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data quality, taxonomy, and content optimization principles.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, data analytics, and personalization strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
  • Passion for innovation, user-centric design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the luxury fashion industry.
