Cashier

Noorka Logistics is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily payment transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support smooth administrative operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have good numerical skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a professional approach to handling cash and customer payments. Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash transactions, customer payments, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Receive cash, card payments, bank transfers, and other authorized forms of payment.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to customers or clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash received and payments processed.
• Verify invoices, bills, and payment documents before completing transactions.
• Reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
• Prepare daily cash reports and submit transaction summaries to the accounts department.
• Assist with recording customer payments and updating relevant accounting records.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to verify outstanding payments and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Process refunds and adjustments in accordance with company policies and approved procedures.
• Maintain organized records of receipts, invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Ensure that cash and other payment-related documents are handled securely.

Requirements And Qualifications

• High school certificate or diploma; a qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Cashier, Accounts Assistant, Billing Clerk, or in a similar position is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling, billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Good numerical and calculation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting or billing software.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily transaction reports.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
