Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Generate and issue receipts to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing concerns.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
• Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with daily sales reporting and record keeping.
• Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
