The Role

As Cashier, you look after all the payments across the restaurant. You work the POS with accuracy and speed, keep the daily reporting clean, and support the floor team so service keeps moving. The last moment of a guest's visit is yours, so you make sure it feels as warm as the first.

What You'll Do

• Handle cash, card and digital payments on the POS
• Close checks accurately and manage the till float
• Prepare daily financial reports and flag any differences
• Support invoice scanning and payment reconciliation
• Help the floor team reset tables to LPM standard
• Share the LPM concept with guests when the moment is right
  
  
  

• Experience as a cashier, ideally in a restaurant or hotel
• Comfortable with POS systems and Excel
• Strong with numbers and very accurate
• Organised and calm in a fast paced environment
• Warm with guests. Fluent English
