As a Cashier at 28O25, you will be the face of our retail operations, engaging directly with our customers to process transactions efficiently and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions swiftly and accurately using the store’s point of sale system.
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude when they enter the store.
• Count and balance till drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring proper authentication.
• Provide answers to customer queries about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly appearance of the checkout areas and store floor.
• Support inventory management by reporting low-stock items and discrepancies.
• Assist in suggesting additional services to customers, contributing to sales growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory.
