Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate manager.
• Balance the cash register drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Monitor checkout lines to ensure a smooth flow of customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar retail role preferred.
