Responsibilities

• Count cash in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
• Keep track of inventory levels at the register and report discrepancies promptly.
• Comply with store policies and procedures to ensure a secure audit trail.
• Participate in training sessions to ensure understanding of product changes and store operations.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Support the store team during special promotions and peak shopping hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service roles preferred.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
