• Supervise daily cash operations by preparing and distributing petty cash floats to cashiers before the start of operations.
• Reconcile cash and credit card collections with feeder systems and prepare daily closing and summary reports.
• Monitor cash collections, investigate variances, and prepare reconciliation reports for finance and audit requirements.
• Deposit daily collections into bulk cash deposit machines and maintain accurate cash tracking records.
• Verify the authenticity of cash received, manage denomination exchanges, and control foreign currency collections.
• Manage vending machine cash operations, reconciliation activities, closing reports, and ticket inventory requirements.
• Maintain inventory records for emergency tickets, parking products, packs, and funfair cards, including reconciliation and reporting.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records, support audits, and ensure accurate archiving of transactional documentation.

• Higher secondary qualification or undergraduate education; knowledge of basic accounting is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in front-end cashier management.
• Experience in cashier supervision and/or accounting-related operations.
• Fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Proficient in using computer applications and Excel-based reporting systems.

• Experience working with POS, ticketing, or revenue collection systems.
• Exposure to cash reconciliation, audit support, and financial record management.
• Experience handling vending machine operations and inventory controls.
