Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze construction blueprints and drawings for accurate execution.

• Construct and assemble frameworks, partitions, and furniture components on-site.
• Install windows, doors, shelving, and other structural components as per specifications.
• Repair and maintain wooden structures to ensure longevity and functionality.
• Coordinate with other construction professionals to achieve project goals on time.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete carpentry tasks efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure alignment with standards and client needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all project sites.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for materials and construction techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards on-site.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary construction materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a carpenter with a diverse project portfolio.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using a variety of carpentry tools and equipment safely.
• Strong physical stamina and dexterity for handling heavy materials and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills in construction tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in carpentry preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
