Car Rental Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Rental Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can drive sales, handle customer inquiries, and deliver a seamless rental experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and rental agreements
• Promote and sell car rental packages and services
• Achieve sales targets and maximize upselling opportunities
• Coordinate with operations for vehicle availability and delivery
• Manage customer documentation, contracts, and system updates
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in car rental, sales, or customer service roles within the Automotive or Car Rental industry
• Must be bilingual: Fluent in English plus any other international language (Arabic, French, Spanish)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good system handling (CRM/ERP preferred)
